Let me introduce myself my name is Rose, I am a Virtual Assistant and Founder of Rose Francis VA. My background comes from working in blue-chip financial institutes gaining over 20 years working for Global Heads and organisation leaders as an Executive Assistant.
In 2020, I had an opportunity to take a career break. People around me said, “what are you doing leaving your job in Banking to try something different!" I decided to take a leap of faith and use my extensive administration knowledge to build my own business, and support coaches, creatives and small business owners with their everyday admin tasks. These tasks would take me no time to complete and give business leaders the time to focus on building their businesses.
If I had let fear limit my growth, I probably would not have started my business. I am planning to grow my business in 2023 taking on associates and expanding my services, and I will be making a major announcement in mid-2023.
